Return Policy

Our return policy is short and easy. It’s simple….we want you to be happy. Don’t love the item you’ve purchased? Simply return it and we’ll issue a full refund.

You may return an item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.  Just ship the item back to us and you’ll be refunded for the full amount you paid. Refunds or store credits are issued within 72 hours once the item is received and inspected.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement. Just give us a call and we’ll arrange for a new item to be shipped to you immediately.

Return Eligibility

Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Extended Holiday Return Policy!

You have until January 31 to return orders placed between November 1 and December 25. Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

StanleyJr. warrants our products against deficiencies in material and workmanship for the useful life of the product. Deficient products will be replaced or refunded. For support, please contact customer@stanleyjr.com with product information, date of purchase and pictures of the issue when possible.
